oh, eli

I found some treasures at my favorite consignment sale. Eli was thrilled with it all. Especially his Converse shoes - they make him run faster.

I'm not sure where he gets his taste buds - he asked Daddy for a jam and lettuce sandwich. He ate the whole thing!

Boys and Mud

They were just so happy, I couldn't even be mad. Besides, they got hosed down with cold water before going to the bathtub.

Yay! A family picture

Tate is working on the walking thing....
By the way, it's time for all you blog leeches to leave comments. Aunt Millie has got you all beat. Come on people - step up to the plate!

Busy little bee....

we've been busy:
girls camp fundraiser - lots and lots and tons of cinnamon rolls made. tate didn't complain much.
chris made the boys a sand box. there is sand, everywhere. EVERYwhere.
tate feels the need to wash his hair, with sand.
dumpster diving....ok, not in a dumpster, but this bike was in my nieghbors recycling pile.
chasing superman
trying to control the new climber
sewing my "spring line" (ha!) of baby booties for the mini bazaar.
that's a total of 25 - not the 35 i sewed last year, but still a lot.
Relief Society Birthday cake.
also a few wood projects. i will take pictures when they are finished. for now, on to the menu for girls camp, shopping list for food, and girls camp all next week. maybe then i will sit down, for a minute or two.....

Let's talk about the weather

Last week with the 60 degree weather, I planned a family garage cleaning day on Saturday.

And then, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday we were freezing.

AH, that's all I needed - just a little piece of Idaho.

I hope they call me on a mission.....

My future missionaries.

Where I come from...

This is a cause for traffic. "Traffic" meaning three or four cars waiting to pass a slow-moving tractor - and it is quite possible that you would know/be related to the driver.

This, however, is what I did this morning. It really might just give me ulcers. I hate big roads. I hate big roads with lots of cars. And I hate not knowing where in the h*** I am going.
Thank goodness I could rely on my ChrisChris (yup, husband is my GPS - good thing he wasn't in a meeting.)
***
So, when you see that slow moving "what in the heck are they doing" car - it's probably me. Be nice.
